Responsibilities:
Billing and Collection Unit - This unit is in-charge of maintaining the buyers’ receivable ledgers, collecting from past-due accounts and responding to payment-related inquiries and requests. CSD Post Booking Unit - This unit addresses buyers’ inquiries, requests and complaints. It also coordinates with other units for resolution of payment and document related concerns of the buyers. Sales Documentation/Taxes/Titling Unit - This unit performs activities necessary for the processing and issuance of pertinent real estate documents to the buyers. Also performs activities necessary for the timely and accurate payment of sales taxes. It also endorses all pertinent documents to BIR and Register of Deeds for clearance/titling. Customer Service Desk - Inbound - This unit is a 24x7 operations and it ensures the timely and accurate handling of all hotline and Web Inquiries from Internal and External Clients. Responsible in classifying inquiries as Prospects, After Sales and Non-Related. Ticket Creation of client’s concern to correct Support Group/Individuals and provides Level 1 information to Callers.
